The truth I’ve learned is simple: your energy knows what’s right for you before your mind does. I discovered this after years of second-guessing myself and feeling stuck, until I started noticing which choices felt expansive, aligned, and full of yes-energy.

For me, choosing to live in alignment with my intuition and values was the ultimate game-changer. Saying YES to my energy, my work, and my path created a lifestyle that reflects that truth every day.

1: Pause and Feel

Before deciding, take a moment to check in with your body and energy.

Example: Notice if a choice feels heavy, tight, or draining or if it feels open, light, and expansive.

2: Align With Your Values

Check whether the choice resonates with what matters most to you.

Example: A decision might make sense logically, but if it conflicts with your values, it will drain you over time.

3: Trust Your Intuition

Say yes to what feels right even if it doesn’t “make sense” on paper.

Example: Choosing a career shift, move, or creative project because it lights you up, not because it looks safe or practical.

When we make decisions energetically, we:

Feel more confident and aligned

Reduce stress and regret

Create a lifestyle that reflects our authentic selves

Identify one decision in your life where you’ve been overthinking or doubting.

Check in with your energy and notice what your body feels.
